Heres the story from Leilani:

I purchased this '88 VR from the original owner. It was sold at the dealership that I used to work at. He sold it because he gave his grandson the choice of a '69 Camaro or the VR. The grandson chose the Camaro, so the VR went up for sale. When I got the car it was partially dis-assembled, as it needed paint. Now he wants it back because it is looking pretty good huh?

I kept the original wheels. The red stickers were slowly peeling off. That is why I changed them. The wheels that are on it now are from an '86 Eurosport. The paint is not original because of the peeling problem with the clear coat. It was bad. However the new paint is the correct color. The DuPont man came by with a "gun" and scanned the door jam and stickers. It was the weirdest thing.

It has a floor shift and the tach. The windows are power and so are the doors locks. The bucket seats are the high back type. The headliner has been replaced and the carpet is also new. The mileage is around 147,000. I have lots of fun with it!

More pictures will follow soon.
