This package contained information and a short video that was used to train the dealer salesmen about the finer points of the VR. They were supposed to review the information and munch the popcorn while viewing the video. You must remember, if you can, that microwave popcorn was a new thing in 1988! They could then give "tickets" away to customers who were interested in purchasing a VR to see the same video. After viewing the video, the customer and the salesman could then pick out a $25 dollar item from the VR apparel catalog. One for the customer, and one for the salesman, if he completed the deal for the car. The video and paperwork for the apparel and ordering info for the car was sent to Chevrolet dealerships for the 1988 model year in a package. Below are scans and photos of one of the surviving packages and its contents, along with the links to the video. These items have never been seen before by the general public.
